Reissue ATT Letter
If you need to reissue your ATT letter, you can make the request through your MyNBCOT account.
Reasons you may need to reissue your ATT letter:
- A name change
- Your current ATT letter has expired
- You want to schedule your exam beyond your current ATT letter’s expiration date
- You have to cancel your exam less than 30 business days before your scheduled exam date and you cannot reschedule within the current ATT dates
- You failed to appear for your scheduled exam
- You arrived at the test center more than 15 minutes after your scheduled exam time
- You arrived at the test center without proper ID
ATT letters are valid for 90 days. The fee to reissue is $85 USD. At this time, we are waiving fees related to reissuing your ATT letter and have increased their validity to 180 days.
